To help our cleaning team spend its time actually cleaning, we ask that your home be reasonably picked up before we arrive.
Putting away clothing, toys, paperwork, dishes, and other personal belongings allows our team to concentrate on dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and the other cleaning tasks included with your service.
Don't worry, we don't expect your home to be spotless before the cleaners arrive. That's why we're coming! A little preparation simply allows us to dedicate more of your appointment to cleaning.
Home Access
Cleaning services are provided by appointment. Please make sure our cleaning team can access your home at the scheduled time. If we're unable to enter the home or are turned away when we arrive, a $50 service fee applies.
